Whole House Inspection (refer to sq. ft. above) includes
Report and complete home inspection/ conveyed appliances inspected at N/C, washers and dryers excluded.
Additional charges may be added for homes 40 years old or older also on homes that extended travel is required.
Weekends and Holidays may also include extra charges.
Duplexes and Fourplexes ----- Charges will depend on size. Call for quote.

Below are pictures of a homes crawlspace in which a new addition was added on. The picture on the left is someone's idea of a joist support. Those little blocks of wood are supporting the floor above it. No wonder it squeaked when I walked on it.
The right picture is this same builders idea of a supporting beam pier. WOW looks like a deck support to me. This is a 4x4 supporting the entire floor above it. The estimate to repair these things was $18,000. Good thing he had the home inspected!!!
